Dry red wine, produced from the varieties of Kotsifali and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in the area of ‚Äč‚ÄčArchanes and Peza, Crete. The wine is matured and aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Gastronome: Served with game, red meat, pasta and mature yellow cheese. Recommended serving temperature: 17°C - 18°C.

Dry red wine produced from the varieties Merlot and Kotsifali. The vineyards are located at the foot of the mountain Giouchtas (550 meters) south of Knossos, Crete. The wine is matured and aged in oak barrels for 12 months. Gastronome: Served with cheese, mushrooms, grilled meat, game and poultry. Recommended serving temperature: 18°C.

  • Wine with delicate velvety flavors and a surprisingly soft and dense harmonic taste. The distinctive and powerful aromas of the Merlot are well-balanced with the Kotsifali giving complex flavors. The wine has a ruby-garnet color.

Dry white wine made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The vineyards are located in the area of 'Vafypetro' and 'Loumata' (at the foot of the mountain Giouchtas, at an altitude of 360 meters. Gastronome: fish, seafood, shellfish, dishes with white or sweet and sour sauce and soft cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 12°C-14°C.
